Shipping/Delivery
Domestic standard shipping normally takes between five (5) to ten (10) business days. International shipping normally takes between seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days (assuming there are no delays due to customs clearance).
Common Reasons for Delivery Delays
If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen major events, your package may be delayed.
Also, in some countries, the customs clearing process may take as long as 30 days. Please check your government's international shipping policies for more detailed information. Please note, it is your responsibility to check with your customs agency to see about clearance of the package. We would not be able to receive notification from an individual country that a package is being held so therefore we cannot notify you. We are also not responsible for packages held at customs and returned as unclaimed or for any other reason. Shipping fees will not be returned or credited for a replacement order.
Please review the specific artwork description listed for any details and to determine if there will be any special frame offered. Should you have any questions regarding an artwork, we are happy to help! Please contact Ann atannbouchierhayes@gmail.com.
We sometimes offer stretching frames and decorative frames, however, because of the volatile nature of shipping a painting attached to either a frame, we suggest that you have your painting stretched and framed by a local framer.
Yes, you can cancel your order any time before shipment unless you have ordered a custom art/painting. If you have ordered a custom art/painting (for example painting from photograph), please note that your artwork is created immediately following successful processing of payment. If the order has been processed and the artist has started on your painting a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment.
If you have any other questions regarding canceling an order, please contact us.
We evaluate all art work returns on case-by-case basis in order to determine who pays for return shipment fees. If we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our website and the purchaser is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the purchaser is held responsible for return costs.
However, if we conclude that the artist did not describe the work properly or if the artwork was damaged due to poor packaging, the purchaser will not be responsible for shipping costs.
We accept PayPal, personal checks and bank wire transfers. Please contact us by e-mail for our bank account details, mailing address or PayPal account.
We are not responsible for paying customs taxes or duties. Oil paintings are normally allowed to be imported free of duty in to most countries but you should definitely check what your country import rules are.
